Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is located in the center of South Reno, offering a sufficient stay with friendly service and good dining options. The rooms have some sharp corners but come with essential amenities. The location might be a bit out-of-the-way, and additional heating may be required, but overall, it's a decent choice for the price.
My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms had outdated furniture and amenities, and there were issues with cleanliness and lack of enough towels. However, the bed was comfortable, but the smell of cigarette smoke and dirty carpets were off-putting. The service was inconsistent, with confusion on room arrangements, and the staff's attire was questionable. The location was not ideal, being a bit out-of-the-way, but it had some pet-friendly features. The dining options were limited, with subpar breakfast choices, although the welcome drink was a nice touch. The facilities were just average, with no stand-out features.
During our 3-night stay, the hotel had some drawbacks like very dark rooms with yard sale furniture rejects, old tube TV, and faulty lamps. On the bright side, the price was more affordable compared to other hotels.
